This site has one form and no tracking. What follows is the whole of it.

Who is responsible

What is collected, and only when you send the form

The contact form asks for your name and an email address or WhatsApp number, and optionally your sector, the size of your team, what is hurting in your operation, whether you are the decision-maker, and a free-text message. It also records which page you arrived from, so I know which problem brought you.

Nothing is collected if you simply read the site. There are no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies — none.

Why

To answer you and to prepare that conversation. Sending the form is a request for contact, and the data is used for that and for nothing else. Your details are not sold, rented or shared for anyone else's marketing, and you are not added to any mailing list.

Where it is stored

Two places, both mine: an internal management system built on Supabase, and Netlify Forms, which hosts this site and keeps a backup copy of each submission and notifies me by email. Both are processors acting on my instructions. Data may therefore be stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States.

How long

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from the last contact between us, and then deleted. If we end up working together, the records of that work are kept for as long as tax and professional obligations require.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it — including if you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, where the GDPR gives you those rights. Write to works@yuri-leonardo.com and I will act on it within thirty days. There is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
