Your company grew faster than its organisation. Now it has stalled — or it sells more and earns no more.
Your accounting team tells you what came in and what went out. Your finance team tells you where you could grow. Each department reports on its own piece — and the loss comes from the way the pieces work together.
Accounting and finance produce the evidence, and they do it well. They are not mandated to redesign the operation that generates it. A cost that rises in one department is usually decided in another; a margin that shrinks is often lost between two of them.
The way out is not another report, nor software for its own sake. It is reading the evidence your systems already produce across the company, finding where the loss starts, and redesigning the operation at the root — then building what holds the change around the systems you already have.
That is what I do: I design the floor plan of your business with the discipline of an architectural project — processes first, then tools, then the team’s adoption. You do not start by buying a system: you start with The Operation Map, a diagnosis with its price agreed before it starts, that makes your real operation visible and sets what to build first.

My accountant already tells me where I am overspending. Why would I need you?
Your accountant tells you where the money goes. Tracing it back through processes, responsibilities and tools to the way the operation is designed — and redesigning that — is a different mandate. The Operation Map does that tracing, and it quantifies, per month, what each break costs you, so the work that follows has a number to beat.
How is this different from implementing an ERP or hiring a management consultant?
The difference is where the work ends. The Operation Map stands on its own: you can stop there. If you go on, design, construction and adoption are one project at one price — and it ends with the redesigned operation running and used by your team, not with a recommendation or a configured tool.
